Alpha Gamma Solutions Account Executive interviews, decoded.

I went through a 2-stage interview process where I had to travel from the North of England to Leicester. I spent a full day there and really liked the company culture and saw potential for growth. I'm still with them now and enjoying all the learning opportunities.

Applied last week and heard back in 3-4 days for an in-person interview. Spoke with a recruiter on the phone who was very nice and the vibe was really positive. The office lobby was modern, even though the building exterior was old. Had a 30-minute interview with two managers, Alex and Elliott, who asked about my background, career aspirations, and my understanding of the company. They also explained their company objectives and the role itself. It was really exciting, and a great opportunity I hadn't considered before, coming from a hospitality background. I'm expecting a call for a second interview soon.

There are 2 steps for the interview. The first one was very casual. The second interview was where they show you what the business is all about and how to progress. At the end of the day, you need to do the interview test which is not difficult but you need to pay attention during the day and the information they tell you.
