Had an intro call with a recruiter to talk about my motivations at a high level. Then a competency session where we went into more detail about my CV. After that was a case study, where I did a mock client case study and presented my findings to a 'manager' and a 'client'. The final round was an informal partner interview.
It was a pretty long interview process, with a bunch of interview rounds. They tested my interest in the company, my ability to produce results, and my overall fit with the team and organization. There were several interviews with the team, a take-home case interview which gave me plenty of time to prep, and then interviews with the executives to make sure I fit with the company overall.
It was a smooth process. HR was very responsive and kept things clear throughout. We had a written case study, and it was clear they were focused on Asset Management. The process had 3 stages: first, to understand the company better and introduce myself; second, the case study; and the final round was with the office head, which was similar to the third stage but with more questions about my CV.
