Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an initial interview, then moved on to an assessment centre. The interview was mostly behavioural, focused on understanding my motivations for joining the graduate program. It felt pretty relaxed, and the interviewer was really friendly and engaged.

It was a 3 round process. Round 1 was a consultant call, Round 2 was a Business case, and Round 3 was a Partner call. Rounds 1 and 3 had generic questions, and Round 2 had more technical questions for the business case.

It was pretty standard. First, they screened my CV. Then I had an introductory chat with HR. After that, I was given a case study related to asset & wealth management. This was followed by a meeting with some partners. Finally, I got the offer or rejection.
