It was a lengthy process. It began with an online interview, followed by a physical interview. About two weeks after my interview, they informed me that the recruitment process was on hold, without providing a clear reason.
The interview covered DCF, LBO, company comparison valuation, M&A case studies, and questions about pitchbook, etc. It was a pretty relaxed chat, and the interviewer was really nice and patient.
The interview involved a valuation of a public company using standard business school models. Nothing too surprising or complex; if you paid attention in class, you should do fine.
