The interview process when I started was so easy and fascinating. I knew that I wanted to be apart of the culture. They explained to me how pay structure work and they made everything very clear for me to understand.
Everyone is super nice and kind. Samantha and Allie were extremely friendly and very caring. There’s a really nice working environment, they have fun but work hard. They mentor and train you to be the best version of yourself. They care about you and who you are as a person, everyone is very welcoming. Taylor was my interviewer, he is very hardworking, you can tell right away that he genuinely cares about making you successful.
You leave the interview without enough Information on what exactly this job entails. They’re very cryptic about what the job function is and the salary. Interview is very one sided, not able to ask questions that would be a defining factor in whether you even want the job. Interview flow • Fill out a sheet that highlights your Ability to Sell, How important culture in workplace is to you • Short interview that is based on going over your Qualifications and resume. • If they are interested in a 2nd round interview you will be contacted if not,They decided to move on elsewhere with their offer.
