Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included a logical reasoning test, a fault-finding exercise, a language exam, and a personality test. They asked about my ECE course, what I look for in a company, my 5-year plan, my toughest challenge, programming languages I know, to rate myself, why I left my last job (given my 2 years of experience), school-related questions like honors, leadership, and failing grades, and my expected salary.

Since many people apply, it's a long wait, but they ask simple questions to check if you have the basic knowledge. For Acer, they asked me basic computer questions, a typing test, and a practice test call, and then I got hired.

It was an easy process. They started with an assessment, then asked a few technical questions and some behavioral questions. They also asked about what you like and dislike about your job, how you handle angry customers who are not happy with the service that you are providing, your previous work experience, and what you learned from your previous project.
