Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter will contact you and ask you questions in Spanish and English. If you meet the profile, they will send you a link to an online assessment for English and customer service level.

The recruiting team was great and made me feel welcome. The office was clean and the hiring process felt professional. The security team was also polite and helpful. It seems like a good place to work.

I went through 2 sets of interviews. The first was with HR where I had to do a sales pitch on a product I chose. The second interview was with the Director and involved another sales pitch, also of my choice. They mentioned that there are opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.
