Candidate-reported interview process

The whole interview process takes a full day. Communication from HR is not great. You'll go through a self-introduction, a briefing, a one-on-one interview, an aptitude test, and finally an HR round.

It took them 6 weeks to get back to me after I applied. I wish they were faster because it made it hard for me to decide on other offers.

The interview experience was not what I expected; it wasn't engaging and they didn't really share enough details about the KPIs, the team structure, or the development concepts. There have been too many management changes, so clearly something is broken in the organization. They seem immature, and the overall vibe in the office was negative.
