Candidate-reported interview process

We had two interviews. First was a phone call where we talked about my past jobs and what I learned. The second was a video chat to go over the job details and see if I was a good fit for content moderation.

It was fast, simple questions. It was all about what you would do if you were in an agent position and why should they hire you, what could you bring to the table.

It was fun and laid back. There were three interviewers. I felt no stress at all. We shared a laugh at one point. I got the job offer even though I think I got the test questions wrong.
