First, a recruiter will give you a call for an initial chat to ask about your experience and background. If you make it past that, the recruiter will send you over to the Service Desk Supervisor for the final interview, which will be remote via Teams. It's been a week and I still have no idea if I passed or failed, and when I tried to follow up, the recruiter just left me on read.
I applied, they set up an interview. I went in for the scheduled interview and after that, there was a skills test. If I passed the skills test, I went into a second interview and from there they would let me know if I was to work for them or not.
So, for this role, we're looking for folks who have IT certs like A+ or similar experience. The process starts with a test before the actual interview. The test questions are pulled straight from the A+ material.
