Candidate-reported interview process

We were told to go to a computer to make our profile in the Alorica system and do a typing test, then we were taken to an office for an in person interview.

I applied in the morning and got a call the same afternoon. The interviewer was really nice and polite, letting me take my time to explain what I needed to.

They ask you to do a test to evaluate your computer's capabilities. Then they call you to assess your English level. I tried many times to contact them but they didn't answer, even though they kept posting that there were vacancies. My English is good, so I don't know what their evaluation criteria are.
