Candidate-reported interview process

It was a simple and straight forward process. They ask scenario questions and you have to respond based upon your experience. You need basic ABA knowledge and techniques. The process is quick and easy compared to other ABA companies.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They wanted to discuss my past experience and check my familiarity with ABA. They mentioned they provide a few days of training, but having prior experience, even a little, would be beneficial for the role. I received a job offer during the interview.

After one interview, I was hired. They asked about my ABA experience and some field terminology. There was also a quiz on my knowledge.
