Candidate-reported interview process

Had an initial call, then a video call with some team members, then a casual group interview with the whole team to see how things vibe, and a final interview where they asked some last-minute questions about my plans. Seemed like a great company and team, but then got ghosted after the four rounds.

After completing three interviews for the Project Coordinator role, I haven't received any updates on the next steps. I've followed up via email multiple times over the past five months, but I still haven't heard back. While the interviewers were very pleasant, I would expect some communication regarding the outcome, whether it's a job offer or a rejection, after going through several rounds of interviews.

After a phone chat, I went in for an in-person interview that lasted around an hour. Everyone was super nice, and it was a good experience overall.
