Candidate-reported interview process

I'm extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism in my job application process. Passed phone and in-person interviews, promised call back, then ghosted. Contact attempts ignored. Later, a recruiter scheduled an interview, showcasing disorganization. Thankfully, it didn't work out. Grateful.

The interview process was super easy and straightforward. I had three interview stages. First, I met the recruiter, Adam. Then, I sent over a two-step email cadence with an elevator pitch on aloha. Lastly, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager, where I answered questions and got a tour of their facilities.

The interview process was very straightforward and clear! The conversation felt easy and natural. The recruiter was very transparent and answered all the questions I had. They were very clear about the next steps and what would be required of me.
