Aloha Technology Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

it was a long process. first, there was an aptitude test with very basic questions. then, depending on student availability, they conducted a group discussion. after that, a personal interview where they asked about my basic knowledge of business analysis and marketing concepts. next, based on panel team availability, a managerial round. finally, the HR team proposed a 2-year bond.

Took 3 rounds of interview for the whole day and then ghosted without feedback. We can understand if you want to reject but at least inform. Totally unprofessional behavior. Also, they make you wait for hours and hours until the person is available to interview.

This was the worst company interview experience, please don't go. They conduct 6 rounds, wasting 3 days, and at the end, they don't even inform you about the results. Their HR policy is terrible. I interviewed two months ago, and the HR still hasn't bothered to share the outcome. I've contacted HR multiple times, and they haven't responded even once. Seriously, it's my humble request not to attend their interview. The HR team doesn't take responsibility for informing candidates about the interview results. I've tried many times to reach HR, but as usual, there's no response.
