I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then a zoom call with the hiring manager. I didn't get to the next stages, so I don't know what else there was. The hiring manager was nice but didn't seem super into it. The questions felt scripted, not like a real conversation. After that, I never heard back.
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Had a 30-minute phone call on Monday, no video. They mentioned the salary range is $120k-$150k and the role requires being in the NE Philly office 2 days a week. We discussed my background and experience. It seemed positive. I even noticed a bug on their HR landing page and mentioned it. The recruiter said she'd get back to me by Friday, but I haven't heard anything.
It was a long process, but everyone was super friendly and the questions weren't difficult. I suggest being on top of being in charge of the follow-up emails so you aren't forgotten about.
