The interview process was very professional. It was organized and structured. Everything was efficient and clear. Candidates were informed and supported throughout.

The interview process mainly involved asking about you, your values, skills, and most importantly, your personality.

First, I had a screening phone interview. Then, the in-person interviews included two senior staff members. The first senior person asked about my past work experience, my personality, and any other skills I have. They mentioned they'd report their findings to the CEO, who would then decide if we move forward. Fortunately, a week later, HR contacted me to set up another interview with the CEO. The CEO asked some challenging questions about the responsibilities of the role and my salary expectations.
