Alma Product Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview process included an HR screening, hiring manager interview, team interview, a product workshop, and a final interview with the CPO. HR was very helpful if assistance was needed. The process was transparent and pretty standard. Most questions were behavioral and focused on work history. The product workshop prompt was provided in advance, allowing for significant preparation.

Overall positive interview experience. Communication was good throughout, and the interviewers were helpful. It didn't work out in the end, but I felt my time was respected. The process included a phone screen, a hiring manager interview, and a live case study. The final round involved a cross-functional interview, a group interview with team members, and an interview with a VP.

Recruiter phone screen happened, then I spoke with the Hiring Manager. I didn't get past the HM call. Not sure if there would've been a case or assignment in between.
