It was pretty straightforward. I talked to two Regional Directors and the VP of Sales. The whole team seemed really passionate about how they're changing the talent acquisition space. I got the offer about three days after my last interview.
Saw the job on Indeed and was told to text a number and send my resume via an automated system. Got a call back the next day to schedule a phone call. Made it to the onsite. The office was easy to find, but parking might be a bit tough. They gave me a quick tour and then I was in a conference room with three interviewers who spoke to me for about 30 minutes each. There was a writing test to check my skills and then a short exercise. Two interviewers were nice, the third seemed blunt and disengaged. Overall, the questions weren't too hard. It was an average interview.
I applied to some jobs and found one at AllyO. Their application process was cool, you chat with a bot that asks relevant job questions. I passed that and then scheduled a phone interview with the manager. The call went well, so I was invited for an on-site interview which had four rounds. The first was with a founder who asked weird, open-ended questions. The second was with a semantic web expert who mostly talked about himself and his work. The third was with a backend engineer who was late and just asked me to write a query. The last was with the same manager, who asked an algorithm question I solved, and then we just chatted. I got a rejection email a couple of weeks later.
