Allyis Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

The process was really methodical and step-by-step. I had to solve three problems in one hour. I was given fifteen minutes for each problem, and the interviewer also provided the answers.

The interviewer seemed to think they were doing rocket science from Mars. They asked some questions and gave me a nonsense code logic, which I wrote and it ran. Then they started asking if I was really working in the office or just sleeping, and why I was working without knowing things. They said I wasted my career. I was shocked and wondered who they were to ask that. I think they need maturity in the industry. It was a team call, so I just disconnected.

I got this interview through a referral and they scheduled an on site interview straight away, so no phone interview was needed. They asked general C# and Java questions, including one medium/hard question and a couple of easy ones on the whiteboard. You should expect to hear back within about a week.
