Candidate-reported interview process

It was more behavioral than technical. They wanted to know more about me and the technologies I've used. Just be yourself and don't lie, as they just want to know if you're someone they can teach.

It was a pretty relaxed onsite interview, which is unusual for them, but I managed to get it through a job fair. It felt more like they were trying to get a feel for my personality rather than a deep technical dive, but you still gotta be honest about what's on your resume, you know?

There was a web video interview with question prompts. About 9 questions and 1-2 minute video responses for each. Simple questions and you got to retake your response once if you messed up during it.
