I had an in-person interview with 3 managers for the Risk Mgmt role. It was a casual interview that made me feel comfortable, and they offered me water and coffee before we started. The interview lasted about 35 minutes and included a Sr Dir, a Director, and a Manager.
The hiring process was really open and honest. HR was in touch the whole time, letting me know what was coming next. Everything they said would happen, happened. I hope this reflects the whole company vibe.
It was pretty simple and easy. First, I had an initial interview with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a last interview was scheduled. The entire process went smoothly, and HR responded quickly to any questions I had.
