Candidate-reported interview process
First, there was a self-paced HireVue interview. Then, I had a 1-on-1 interview where they asked some basic technical questions and also general questions to check out my thought process. After that, I got the decision.
It started with a quick intro to get to know each other and discuss my background and why I'm interested in the role. Then, we went through a McKinsey & Company case study, which was pretty much like the examples you see online. The interviewer was cool and helped me out when I got stuck. We wrapped up with some questions.
Applied online and also sent my resume to a recruiter. First, there was a HireVue assessment with about five basic behavioral questions. After that, there was a review period, and then I heard back if I was chosen for more interviews with actual recruiters and analysts.
