The first interview, they ghosted me completely, no contact at all, not even an apology. The second interview was with this super arrogant woman who just kept asking me for Excel formulas. It was a really stupid and rude experience.
First, I had a quick phone chat with a recruiter. Then, the following Friday, I went in to chat with some managers. The next Friday, I met with directors and a VP. I got the offer the Tuesday after that. Mostly, I talked about my experience, education, and career plans. It felt pretty straightforward.
I got this interview via a staffing agency. I ended up talking to like 5 different people, and they all pretty much asked the same things but from slightly different points of view. The questions were mostly about my personality and what I could bring to the table. It felt pretty chill compared to other interviews I've had. They asked a lot of open-ended questions, so be ready to talk about yourself and your skills.
