I was reached out by the recruiter on LinkedIn. My first chat was with her. A few days passed, and then I got an email to apply. About a week later, I had my first interview with a Senior HRP. It was a 36-minute interview, and it was all behavioral questions. I felt pretty good about how it went. They were really focused and professional, and got back to me quickly. They even gave me some stuff to help me get ready for the interview.
I had a brief Zoom interview for the role. The job seemed to require more than what was initially advertised. It was disappointing because the actual workload and requirements turned out to be much higher than what was stated, and expectations weren't clearly laid out, which felt misleading.
The interview process was quite extensive, involving multiple rounds and interviews with over six different people. It was a very detailed and drawn-out process, taking several weeks. They even asked me to provide references towards the end, which gave the impression that I was a strong contender for the role. Despite the time and effort invested, I ultimately didn’t get the job.
