Candidate-reported interview process

Great company to work for. One round of virtual interview and received the offer. Detroit location. , 3 days a week onsite. Benefits are great. Good work life balance. Management is very understanding.

The first round interview was about background + a simple case study (you can solve manually or using excel). The interviewer was nice, and the scheduling was nice as well. Don't know what next step look like.

It was a good mix of technical and soft skills. First was behavioral with project management skills and experience. Second was a case study with the hiring manager. The last one I'm not sure of but think it might have been a panel interview.
