It was a three round interview process. Each interview was with a different person. Most of the questions were asking about behavioral and asking how your experience matches the role. The interviewers were very nice.
There were 2 interviews; first an on-site with 2 hiring managers, followed by a virtual interview with a panel of 3 people. It was rapid fire question after question. Also, there was a case study that took a considerable amount of time to do and the interviewers did not seem to care. Seems like an HR requirement.
First, you'll do a HireVue. Then a recruiter will contact you to schedule an interview with the manager. After that second interview, Ally will notify you of the decision and give you two weeks to accept or decline.
