I did a HireVue screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with two other team members. The recruiter was super responsive throughout and gave me good feedback after each interview, but then they called to say I didn't get the job because they hired someone internal. It was pretty disappointing to go through the whole process and feel like I had a good shot, when they probably already knew they were going internal.
The interview process included a screening with HR, then an interview with the Director, followed by an interview with the Manager and Team. The whole thing took about a month. They sent an offer, but then rescinded it due to restructuring, which was frustrating. They told me the role was closed.
It was about 5 rounds total, with the final round being a case study. It was pretty standard for a data/business analyst role, involving interviews with HR and then several team members like the hiring manager and a director. The case study focused on basic math and financial equations. The whole process moved along pretty quickly.
