The first step was a quick introductory call. The hiring manager was interested in getting to know me personally and understanding my career aspirations. I wish they had shared more about the company, but it was a decent initial chat.
I had a phone screen and then another phone interview, and it seemed to be going really well. The next step I was told would be in person, but instead, HR called me out of the blue and asked me to go through every single job I've ever had and explain why each one ended. I didn't get the job because I had done contract work before. It was frustrating because they strung me along for about a month and a half and didn't mention that upfront.
I had a panel interview with HR and the Customer Service Manager first. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the Customer Service Manager, Customer Lead, and Listings Manager. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the process.
