Candidate-reported interview process

I went in for a logistics associate job. The staffing person told me that the job I was called in for wasn't a good fit. I was annoyed that they brought me in when there wasn't really a job for me. She said she'd let me know about another position but never did.

It started with an email that told me what to expect next. After that, there was a phone call, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. This led to an open discussion forum.

3 step interview process. First two are basically the same thing with general questions. Third is being interviewed by two people who write down what you say, with really hard and thought out questions. It took a total of 15 minutes I would say. This company is all over the place and does not care about your time. When I asked what was taking so long, the response I received was "oh, they are behind. Sorry".
