Allure Labs Interview Questions

I got an email from the recruiter to schedule a call. Then I had my first round, which was a video call with the Production Manager and HR Manager. After that, I had an in-person round.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. The HR manager and the Head of Operations were the ones interviewing me. They asked about my lab experience and some general questions about why I'd be a good fit for the company.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked how do you deal with stress. You know right after if you are hired or not. It was a fairly good experience. People are very friendly and accommodative, warm and welcoming. Very family environment. First interview with the Hiring Manager then with General Manager.
