Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had to present myself. Then, they asked me about my previous experience and my passions. I was also asked why I should be in their company and what I have to offer. From there, I started to talk about who I am and what I am made of.

It was a good experience interviewing with allume. First there was a phone call, then another phone call, then I had to travel to the Bay Area. But that was after the offer.

After I sent in my resume and cover letter, I heard back about 2 days later that I was moving on to the next interview stage. They sent me an online mock styling assignment, and I had 2 days to finish it. The assignment was to style a client using 3 full outfits based on the client's profile. I also had to answer 2 questions about client situations.
