I had a 30 min call with the recruiter first, then a 45 min chat with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a homework assignment to do in a week. The last step was a panel interview where I presented the homework.
I sent in my application through LinkedIn and then had a call with the recruiting team about two weeks later. After that, I interviewed with the lead PM and the senior designer for the team. I didn't get asked to do a final round.
The interview process kicked off with a recruiter screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, I spoke with a designer. The final round was a comprehensive 6-part interview. This involved individual 30-minute conversations with the tech lead, a researcher, a program manager, the engineering manager, the CPO, and the PM director. All of these interviews were behavioral, and no case studies were involved. Most of the interviews mainly consisted of a few behavioral questions, with the remaining time dedicated to my questions. I felt the process could have been more rigorous. However, the recruiter maintained excellent communication throughout.
