I was contacted by a recruiter multiple times via email, but didn't get a response. They eventually called and scheduled an interview, so I decided to go for it. The first interview was purely technical. The interviewer had their camera off and seemed to be just looking for keywords in my answers, making it a really uncomfortable experience. It was way more technical than I expected for an entry-level role. The recruiter seemed nice, but the company's interviewers made it seem bad.
I had a really bad experience with this company, they are the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. They reached out 3 times to set up an interview, but after I replied, they never got back to me. I managed to set up a screening call, but the recruiter never showed up. I tried again with a different recruiter, and they also didn't show up. They never responded to any of my messages. It was a terrible experience.
It was a pretty straightforward process. The VP of Sales initiated contact. We had an initial chat, followed by a formal interview. After that, I interviewed with the CEO, and then I got an offer which I accepted. Everything moved pretty fast and smoothly.
