The interviewers didn't even turn on their cameras and the interview seemed to be conducted in a big hurry, they just explained a little about the company speaking very fast and barely let me speak
The interview process started with a round with the founder, followed by a round with the VP. The third round was with a technical counterpart. The fourth round was a bit exhausting, a mix of a loop and presentation involving data analysis. I met with 8 individuals over 3 hours. I was expecting to learn about the culture, but instead, I was asked more behavioral questions. The fourth round felt like four interviews in itself.
I applied online, and then I was sent a coding challenge, which I finished. After that, I was rejected during the screening round. In that round, the interviewer asked me some basic questions like why I chose Alloy and why I want to be a Data Engineer. They also asked about my past work experiences and some behavioral questions.
