Candidate-reported interview process

We had a technical interview where we discussed theoretical C programming concepts, focusing on problem-solving and how well you collaborate. It was important how you thought through things and if you could take feedback from the interviewer.

I had to do three python exercises at home, which took me 1 hour to complete. Two were pretty easy, but one was a bit harder, though still manageable. They had my camera on the whole time. I didn't get any feedback after, and I didn't get the job cause they picked someone who finished earlier.

The process was fast and smooth. The recruiter was nice and helpful. We agreed not to move forward, which saves everyone time.
