The interview process was easy and comfortable, and I was offered a follow-up interview with a potential tour. The first interview was on the phone.
They make you feel comfortable and ask about 10 behavior questions. They are thorough and looking for specific qualities. You must have knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures, inventory control, excellent communication skills. its a great company and I would have loved to work with the manager and director. Very knowledgeable and can learn so much from them.
After applying online, I had a phone call with two hiring managers about three and a half weeks later. They asked some expected questions, a few questions about my past experiences, and my experience with CAD modeling. I received the offer about two days after the interview.
