It was a sequence test, then a time reaction test and a multitasking test. You really need to train for the sequences beforehand, otherwise it's almost impossible to pass.
I applied online and heard nothing back for about a week. I didn't make it to the next stages, and my attempts to contact HR were unsuccessful. I think it would have involved math, probability, and options knowledge.
First there was an online assessment, followed by a chat with HR. It's important to know your option theory by then. This was followed by a technical interview with two traders. The interview includes standard technical questions, but requires more option knowledge than other companies.
