Candidate-reported interview process

It was a good interview. I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone. They asked pretty standard questions for this type of role, a mix of background and experience questions, along with some behavioral and situational ones.

The interview was a phone call and it was nice. I was told I'd get an email with contact info and a call back in a few days, but I never heard back or got the email.

It was too much hassle just to get an interview. Even after a follow-up call, they don't call back or respond. Then, after 4 months, I received a call to see if I was still interested in the job.
