The interview process involved introducing yourself, discussing your preferred WeChat accounts, sharing your thoughts on social media campaigns and online promotion, and completing a creativity test where you had to write a WeChat article for clients.
The interview process is intriguing and the team is open to all creative ideas. Interviewers are critical but patient. Showing your capabilities and work ethic is a top priority. Team chemistry is also important since you'll be working with different departments to cater to their clients.
The interview process included two phone interviews that happened pretty close together, within about a week. After that, there was an in-person interview where I met several people from the office. I sent a thank-you email that same day. I also emailed one of the people I met to ask some questions about their job, and they responded. About a week later, I sent an email to check on my application status because I hadn't heard back, and I reiterated my interest. I didn't get a reply. Two weeks after that, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent another email to follow up, but again, no response.
