Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiters were very nice and made decisions quickly. The process involved a recruiter screen, followed by interviews with the hiring manager, and then interviews with leadership. The pay is quite low for NYC though.

I applied on LinkedIn and then a hiring manager reached out to me for a phone screen. After that, I was invited to meet the team in person. It was an onsite interview where I met with 6 people. They were all really friendly, seemed impressed with my experience, and asked good questions. Then, I had to do a writing test, specifically a press release. They only gave me an hour for it, which felt short for an entry-level role, but the test itself wasn't too hard. Even though I didn't get an offer and I'm bummed about it, I still really respect the company and the people there.

The process was okay. I talked to two people from the team. The questions were not super hard. I sent thank you emails after and didn't hear back (which is normal but I figured the recruiter would at least reply). It wasn't until I followed up after the new year that the recruiter told me the team moved on with other candidates. Frankly, they were pretty unprofessional.
