The interview process was professionally structured. They gave honest answers to my tough questions during the in-person part. The whole process, after applying, included two phone interviews with TA, one Web-Ex interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, department manager, and a senior engineer. It ended with a fair salary offer, which is standard for the industry, especially with the benefits being above average.
It was an in-person interview. It lasted two hours and consisted of four separate interviews, each about thirty minutes long. The interviews were primarily focused on technical topics and my background. They did a good job explaining the role and also asked me about my interests.
I applied online and had two phone interviews. We agreed on salary and benefits. The last step was supposed to be coming into the company to finish hiring, and they said they'd call me in 48 hours. Never heard back. Crazy, right? Especially after discussing salary!
