The interview process was smooth and I enjoyed meeting the manager. They were quick to communicate the schedule, though I noted it might differ from what I'm used to depending on the department. The benefits were explained clearly, and I was satisfied with the answers to most of my questions. I ultimately accepted the offer and valued the experience I gained.
You'll meet with the managers, and if the lead hostess is around, they might interview you right then or set up another time! They'll ask about your past experience, how you deal with people, and some 'what if' scenarios.
It was a quick and well-coordinated process. The interviews were challenging and focused on customer service. We had a phone call with the Front Office Manager, then an in-person with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Managing Director, and finally an in-person with the Managing Director and Director of HR.
