Candidate-reported interview process

It wasn't too hard. First, there was a phone screen. Then, two interviews with upper management, one in person and one online. The in-person interview only happens if you're in the same city as the job. The interviews aren't very long.

The interview process involved several stages. It kicked off with a recorded video interview. Following that, there were a couple of video calls with the hiring manager. The final stage was an interview with senior leadership. Throughout the process, communication was clear and efficient.

The interview process was super fast and went really smoothly. First, there was this online video thing, a one-way interview. Basically, a video asks you a question, you get a minute to answer, and you can't go back. After that, I talked to the recruiter, and they covered company details, my role, and what's expected. The last interview was with management.
