Candidate-reported interview process

This was the best interview process I've had. In the first interview, I met two people: a VP and an assistant underwriter. In the second interview, I met the SVP and VP. The first interview had standard questions like strengths, weaknesses, and why I'm interested in insurance. It wasn't too challenging. The second interview was more about informing me about the company and their culture. HR was great and kept me updated throughout the process.

I spoke with 4 senior people and 1 AVP. They asked me questions about the role and also some about my personality. They didn't ask any strange common questions like 'how many tennis balls fit in this room'.

The interview process was professional and low pressure. Everyone I communicated with was helpful and friendly. I got a very good sense of the company and work environment. Overall, it made it an easy decision to accept the job offer.
