Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was very informative and professional. The interviewer asked good questions and was happy to answer mine. I was happy with it. Very pleased.

I was contacted by an external recruiter who conducted two phone screens. Following that, I had an in-person interview where I met Chris and Gene. They were quite knowledgeable and asked some challenging questions. I presented my portfolio, and they took a significant amount of time reviewing it and inquiring about my creative process.

Before the actual interviews, I had to complete a standardized test. The interview itself lasted about 30 minutes and focused a lot on my past sales experience and my general personal qualities. The vibe was really friendly and laid-back, and the management team made me feel at ease right away.
