I applied on their website and was contacted by their recruiter. The first interview was the typical "introductory" with the recruiter, who acknowledged the company's low reviews on Glassdoor ironically. She blamed the previous "regime". The second interview was a one on one with the NOC manager. And the final interview was a panel interview.
So, the interview had a few parts. First, I spoke with a recruiter. After that, I had a chat with the NOC manager. To wrap things up, there was a panel interview with a few different operations managers.
The interview process was a bit unclear, and I wasn't sure what I'd actually be working on. During my time there, the job went through three different managers. They didn't really dive deep into the specifics of my resume.
