I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from HR via email. Then I had video calls with HR, my manager, and a panel of 3 people. After that, there was a phone call or two discussing an offer, and I received an email confirming it.
Allied's interview process was well organized, friendly, professional and thorough. It's longer than some other processes (a few weeks from first contact to decisions), but I feel it helps weed out applicants who have 'mass applied' to any job possible. Allied wants applicants who are genuinely interested in joining their company for a rewarding career. Their process has been proven successful in securing competent and qualified individuals, as most of their staff has significant tenure.
The interview process went really well, felt organized, and I learned a lot about the job and Allied's culture. It was good to talk to several people on the team, which showed me the strong team vibe at Allied from the start. Overall, it was a good, chill, and helpful time that made me want to join the Allied team even more.
