Started with a recruiter phone screen asking about the role's tech stack and salary. Then, a behavioral interview with the hiring manager focused on my past work experience. Finally, a technical coding interview. It was a pretty standard process.
I had 2 behavioral interviews, one with HR and another with the team leaders. They asked things like why I wanted to work there and about my resume.
I applied for a Senior Software Engineer role via their Workday portal. About three days later, HR reached out to set up an interview. A week after that, I had a 1-hour interview with the HR recruiter. It went well, and they were open about the work culture and office vibe. I was told the next step was a single interview with the hiring manager. I waited two weeks, but instead got a rejection email saying my skills were impressive, but the hiring manager chose other candidates. I was surprised I didn't even get to interview with the hiring manager, despite my skills.
