Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had way too many stages and the questions were tough for the low pay, it wasn't worth the effort, felt like the process for a much higher paying role.

The interview process was good, with friendly staff and very good questions. Applying for the job was easy. I was given information that was really helpful and useful for the job role.

The interview process was relaxed and easy-going. They didn't ask many specific questions to gauge my suitability for the role. The focus seemed to be on my past accomplishments. I got the impression they were just going through the motions and might have already selected their preferred candidate. I never received any follow-up or feedback, even though it was promised.
